Who We Are

Dr. Frank Davis had just moved his family across the country in the mid 2010’s; and on a walk was challenged to start a business. Creativity would be required, something no one had done before seemed enticing. Vermont had the world’s best foliage, and it shipped flat and light. A fun service called forth.

Strategies & Plans - A New Leaf

A pilot was exercised in 2015; the Vermont Leaf Company was born Aug. 16, when the original website went live. Its novelty of offering only actual foliage (not pressed or preserved) carried it through its first season; yet a more robust business model was needed for sustainability. After half a decade in hiatus, the return of the company in fullness is here to meet the needs of individuals and event administrators. The first and only company selling leaves, the first and only leaf themed product retailer. As we now offer leaf themed delights for individuals, co-ordination of leaf themed packages to event planners (do contact us, we access far more than we offer), our core product of just actual leaves will always be with us, and with new items this now cycles across all seasons.

One might say the standard for our items is that they have a "je ne sais quoi" (a quality that cannot be described or named easily). From our GMO free hand crafted pasta, colored with organic locally grown vegetables ... to our hand crafted pendants made of actual leaves, processed to expose the superstructure of a given leaf, in actual metal ... and so on!

In furtherance of celebrating leaves, and we will always sell our core product of actual Vermont Leaves, we now express ourselves across all four seasons as we regularly expand our offerings. We are the only retailer in the world selling leaf themed product exclusively!
