Rooibos Energy Tea is a specially formulated blend of rooibos tea, alfalfa leaf, nettle leaf, and peppermint leaf. Rooibos Tea is organic and contains no colors, additives or preservatives, free from harmful substances, and no caffeine. The flavor of Rooibos Tea is often described as sweet and slightly nutty. Infuse one teaspoon per cup for no less than 3 minutes to allow the taste to come through, and no more than 5 minutes to keep it from becoming bitter. It can be mixed with milk, and also tastes great with honey and lemon. Rooibos Tea is delicious hot or cold.
