Are all or most teas detoxifying?

if one drinks nothing but teas(organic green, yerba mate, wu-yi Oolong)..is yellow or unclear urine normal?

Urine should normally be light yellow or clear. If your urine is cloudy, then you might have a bacterial infection. If your urine is dark yellow, you are dehydrated. Neon yellow urine can happen after taking certain B vitamins.

A tea that is considered detoxing is a tea that stimulates your kidneys or liver. Dandelion for kidneys or milk thistle for the liver. Other teas also have stimulating effects. Teas that originate with camellia (Green Tea, Black Tea, oolong) will stimulate water loss because it is a diuretic and contains caffeine.
