Does any one drink Oolong tea for weight loss?

I have just read that oolong tea increases your metabolism and also helps to flush excess fluids?

I only started drinking it today, and I liek it. I would probably drink it anyway, but does anyone else drink it? Does it work for you???

I also eat well and do some exercise.
Okay I’m not for postive but oolong and Wu-Yi tea are the same basic thing right?

It is a natural tea that enhance your health.
