Fair Trade Tea

Is this healthy….? I’m not sure…?
Are steaz energy drinks healthy?
i haven’t had an energy drink before, but I found that Steaz was vegan, and was supposed to be ‘healthy’.
The ingredients are,
“Sparkling Filtered Water, organic Evaporated Cane Juice, Sambazon Organic Acai Juice, Organic Guarana Extract, Natural Berry Flavor, Citric Acid, Guayaki Organic Yerba Mate Extract, Organic Fair Trade Certified Ceylon Green Tea, Sodium Citrate and Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C).”
Do you think it’s okay, and have you ever tried it before?
Thanks. ![]()
Actually, it says on the bottle, “Contains 80mg of natural caffeine.”
There’s nothing wrong with it as long as you don’t have more than 12-16 oz of it a day. Cane juice, if natural, & unrefined, is ok, much better than sugar, which is much better than the equal & sweet n low, & splenda. & the likes. And caffeine is caffeine, natural or synthetic, that too will need to be limited to the amount that you can tolerate. If I were you, I would split a drink in 2 & take it diluted with at least equal amount of water. I have found that that works much better & with much less side effects.
