How does Panera Bread make their Chai Tea Lattes?
I love the Chai Tea Lattes from Panera bread so I got a mix and tried to make it myself. It tasted really bland. Whats the secret?
Panera Chai Tea Latte Recipe
Instructions for Frothing Mixture*:
(Follow these steps for the steam-free way to froth the perfect chai tea latte.)
1. Fill a cup or beaker with prepared Panera Chai Tea Latte Mix.
2. Take milk frother and place the tip of the whisk close to the bottom of the cup or beaker. Turn the unit on and slowly move the frother up & down as the mixture froths. Keep the tip of the frother below the top of the mixture as you froth. Froth for 25-30 seconds or until thevolume of mixture approximately doubles.
3. Place the microwave safe cup or beaker into the microwave for 20-30 seconds to heat it up.
4. Enjoy!
Recipe Yield:
Four hot chai tea lattes or five cold chai tea lattes.
Shelf Life:
Milk use by date.
