Pregnancy Tea

During pregnancy, can we Drink Tea of dang shen, dry longan and red dates tea?
I just wanna confirm if this is safe. Chinese dang shen, dry longan and red dates boiled together and drink as tea. I know during confinement this is very good. What about pregnancy? Anyone drink this tea during pregnancy?
HI there i never heard of those teas but i dint have raspberry Leaf Tea its really good during pregnancy it helps soften the cervix though you can only take it after a certain number of weeks i think 30 but im not sure. It comes loose and tastes quite nice.
