which has greater caffeine content–green or Black Tea?

i drink black tea with milk often than Green Tea. which has more caffeine? what are their benefits respectively?

From what I know you can actually get more caffeine out of green tea, if you boil it. Some traditions do this.

But if drunken normally black tea will have more caffeine, especially if you make the green tea light.
