Pu Erh Tea
pu erh tea (普洱茶) & weight loss?

Hello, I would like to know if anyone has information about 普洱茶 and the effect it has on individuals losing weight? Has anyone drank this tea before? I would also like to know about any other health benefits of this tea~

Thanks <3

I bought lots of 30 yr old organic Pu erh from Beijing. It tastes great and I was told it is good for losing weight. My brochure here says “It can be used to eliminate toxins from the body” and “mixing this tea with good is good for rheumatism and arthritis.”

But tea alone cannot cause weight loss. A healthy diet and exercise are important.

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and an hour brisk walk every weekday morning.
And I am still at 108 lbs since I lost 31 lbs one year ago.

More details in my blog.
