Organic Wu Long Tea
Organic Oolong tea remedies?

Can you help me to determine if this Oolong Tea remedy is right for me, also known as Wu Long Tea. I have four very active girls that I cant keep up with. I am needing to get more energy in my life to keep up with my children.. I was told that this tea will boost my Energy levels, plus work to clean out my system.. I need someone who is very familiar with this product to help me comprehend if this is my target.. I am overweight & pulling my hair out with four children. I want to be active, & have more energy to do so.. Is this gonna do the trick or do you know of another natural way that can help with what im searching for.. I don’t have extra time to do correct exercises in a days worth of time, but I need to have more hyper activity.

Oolong tea has more caffeine than white, green, and yellow teas but has less than black and pu-erhs. Black Tea, which has the most caffeine of any tea still only has about 40% of the amount that coffee does. So if caffeine is what you want, I would go with coffee or if you don’t want coffee, you could try black tea. If it is the health benefits of the tea that you are looking for, you could have really and type of tea, as they all come from the same plant and have the same properties. But if you want the caffeine levels as well as added health Benefits Of Tea, I would go with a black or pu-erh tea. (Pu-erh is said to be extremely healthy and may help lower cholesterol and prevent you from storing a lot of fat.) While oolong is a delicious and healthful tea, if the caffeine or energy booster is really what you want, I would go with a black or pu-erh tea in loose leaf form.
