Organic Tea Benefits
Cold Green Tea I make myself just as good as the hot green tea?

When I make green tea: I boil water, add Tea Bags (same tea bags for Hot Tea) let steep, and cool. Does cooling green tea ruin some of the health benefits??

I had seen a similar question on here with Liptons. However I am not using the powder with all the processed stuff in it. I am using real Organic Tea bags.
I only make just enough to enjoy it that one time. Usually I make 3-4 glasses of green tea and enjoy it that day. (Doesn’t take long to finish) I love green tea!
