Organic Kombucha Tea
Is kombucha tea good or bad for you?
I buy GTS brand Organic Raw Kombucha tea. I used to drink it rarely, but for the last week I’ve been drinking it daily. While the bottle has some pretty nice claims, I’ve been reading on other sites that the effects of kombucha may be negative. There really isn’t an answer to which it’s good or bad.
Has anyone had experiences with this fermented tea? I think from now on I’m just going to drink it once a week instead of every day. But I’m still curious.
i have been drinking kombucha daily and nothing seems to be wrong.
I make my own from a jar with the kombucha in it. I put tea and sugar in there and let it ferment, Taste great and a lot cheaper then buying it pre-made. My best bet is if the one I am drinking is safe then the one sold to you should be safer.
