Organic Decaf Green Tea
which Green Tea is better?

regular,decaf,or organic and y?

Depends on your personal preferences really. You may choose a decaffeinated tea because you are sensitive the effects of caffeine or you want a chamomile tea or other special blend tea to help you relax for bed.

You may choose organic because you are sensitive to chemicals or prefer to purchase organic whenever possible many people do.
(most Tea Leaves contain some chemicals in them naturally and that is where some of the medicinal qualities of tea comes from)

You may choose regular because you want the energy boost provided by the caffeine.

I personally believe that the best flavor comes from Loose Leaf Teas, and with Loose Leaf Tea you can create your own custom brew. If you live in a larger area you should have no trouble at all locating a specialty Tea Shop or a spice shop that offers loose leaf teas.

If you are not in a larger market try http://www.adagio.com/ and I would also highly recommend reading about the differences in loose tea vs. bagged tea http://coffeetea.about.com/od/teabrewing/a/looseorbag.htm

I hope this helps : )
