Flavored Teas
The flavored green Tea Bags are just as beneficial as the plain ones right?
I got the lipton mixed berry kind… because.. i kinda hate the way Green Tea tastes lol.. but i like the health benefits from it… 
so is it the same as regular green tea, or is it less beneficial?
Yes it is. They all contain green tea, it’s just that the others are flavored. They won’t be as pure as the 100% green tea because they contain additives, but flavored green tea is better than no green tea at all. LB
