Choice Organic Teas
What kind/type/form/brand of Green Tea should I get?
There are so many options! I love Green Tea, I drink 3+ cups a day =) I was wondering whether I should get Tea Bags that are packaged in a store, organic packaged, or go to the Pike Place Market(Seattle, WA) or any other market and just get the leaves whole. If whole leaves, do i get fresh or dried? is there even a choice in the matter?
I am currently getting the packaged stuff at safeway. Sometimes its organic. I get the brand Bigalow. Its okay, but i feel that trying whole leaves would make it stronger. Its just so…eh!

brewing green Tea Leaves would be much much better for u. in the prepackaged stuff they take out some of the nutrition sometime. i love green tea too but i hate dealing with leaves. so i drink Japanese green tea. i let it sit for a couple hours so it gets strong and almost bitter. thats when i know im getting best out of green tea!
