Chinese Herbal Tea
Do you think traditional Chinese Tea gives adequate benifits, or is it a myth?
Since living in China for over four years, I have not used any medicine that is made from chemicals, and my doctor is a practitioner of Chinese Traditional Medicine. I drink Lo Han guo and Guangdong Herbal tea religiously.
Since using the regiments of traditional medicines and teas, I stopped a thirty year smoking habit; there were zero withdrawal symptoms. I have written five 85000 word novels and over three hundred poems. I was the English linguist who edited the English, Latin, and Greek for the Journal of Human Anatomy, an international medical journal. I gave an hour long speech at the Southern Medical University, without notes or prompters. I led several seminars at the First Military Medical University and Southern Medical University. I was tasked to hold the seminars in English, requiring me to know ten fields of medicine. All the students were professors and instructors. The best part, I am dyslexic.
