What’s the deal with fluoride in tea?
And Green Tea has the highest dose of fluoride in it as well. I like green tea but now that I know how bad it is for you I’ve stopped drinking it as often. I’m thinking maybe the Organic Tea might have less I don’t know. I hear it is soaked in from the water or the air from the area it’s grown. But I wish I knew more and what brands would be best to avoid fluoride.
I already know fluoride is bad… but your not alone in the dark if you think it’s good.
